Michael L. Farah
President and Registered Representative, LUTCF
Growing Farah Financial Group into a comprehensive resource for individuals and business owners has been Mike’s passion since opening his doors in 1987. Providing insurance and other financial products for more than twenty years, he started his career with The Franklin where he consistently ranked among the top 5% of field agents. He was also recognized for outstanding achievement with a Legion of Honor Award in 1982 and 2002, and received the Centurion Award every year from 1995 through 2005.
Mike is a founding member of the Atlantic Coast Advisory Group and currently serves on its Executive Council. He attended Jacksonville University on a baseball scholarship and received his B.S. degree in 1982.
A lifelong baseball devotee, Mike now enjoys tutoring underprivileged children in baseball. He is the founder of Faith Field Baseball Ministries, a nonprofit organization which organizes and sends youth baseball teams and equipment to third-world countries as a ministry.
Mike and his wife Karen have been married for over ten years. In addition to her banking career, Karen is the Chairperson of First Coast Women's Services (crisis pregnancy center) and is active in Big Brothers and Big Sisters. Both Mike and Karen enjoy traveling and playing golf.

ACAG is an Independent Marketing Organization (IMO) for qualified financial services providers, with members in 23 states and a field force of more than 200 insurance license professionals. Hassan A. Cruz – Employee Leasing
(Worker’s Comp / Payroll) Specialist
Hassan has specialized in providing employee leasing for individual business owners for more than ten years. A Senior Business Consultant and an individual business owner himself, Hassan serves Farah Financial clients by adopting their payroll, administration, tax filing and workers compensation functions through Employee Leasing arrangements. Many of our clients experience a reduction in their Worker’s Compensation and operating cost. These arrangements allow our clients to concentrate on their core competencies and limit the time spent on non-revenue producing activities.
Hassan holds a B.A. in Business Management / Business Administration from Jacksonville University.

Peter Hager, Aflac Specialist
Pete has been in the insurance business for more than 12 years. Working primarily with small business owners, Pete specializes in employee benefit plans as a district sales coordinator for Aflac. His knowledge of the Section 125 Plan and worksite marketing has earned him the Prestigious Founders Award for management excellence a record 10 times in 1981.
A graduate of the University of North Florida, Pete holds a B.A. degree, as well as LUTCF, CE and MLA certifications.

A Jacksonville native with more than 20 years experience in the insurance industry, Melanie began her insurance career in 1982 at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida. She became an independent broker ten years later, specializing in health insurance and benefits for both large and small groups.
